References are available in person. We would be happy to sit down and review the many successes we have enjoyed for close to two decades, both in retail and corporate spaces.
WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
McDermott has been responsible for over 6 million square feet of work since our inception. We have completed projects as small as 500 square feet and have planned spaces well over 100,000 square feet. Please refer to our “Clients We Have Helped” area to see who we have worked with over the years.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
Our fees vary due to the size and scope of each project, as all projects are customized specifically to meet your needs. A free consultation can be arranged to assess your needs and establish a fee charged.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU COMPLETE OUR PROJECT?
The design and construction documents phase can be as short as two to two-and-a-half weeks on smaller projects. Larger projects usually require more time. After meeting with you, we will be glad to put together a projected timeline for your specific project.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
McDermott has been doing business in the Rocky Mountain West since 1992. The principal, Terry McDermott, has specialized in office design for over two decades and has designed millions of square feet of office, retail and medical space for clients.
WHAT GEOGRAPHIC AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Although McDermott is located in the Denver area, we can accommodate corporate clients anywhere in the country.
