McDermott employs a staff of 17 architects, space planners and designers, and a full administrative staff. Our full-time senior staff members average over 16 years apiece. All McDermott principals and designers are NCIDQ certified. We are AIA, NCARB, CSI, IIDA and ASID members.

We believe in enhancing all of our existing skill sets. We maintain a constant program of continuous education and technical advancement through course availability and seminars.

At McDermott, we are very people-focused. On a professional level, we put the highest priority on providing exceptional customer service. As neighbors, we are very active in the community.
